We like to thank all that added to the monarch Goldens legacy!

Cali - the heart dog
Cali was the foundation of Monarch Golden Retrievers. She was the first puppy I raised myself, and was my partner as I entered the dog world. She is the dog that was by my side through so many experiences and she is always so willing to explore with me. She's been my travel buddy across Ontario, and came with me on a trip over the border to Florida where she swam in the ocean the first time!
Cali contributed so much to Monarch over the years, being a natural mom and having 3 litters of puppies. The first was the “Disney Sidekicks” litter in 2021, the second was the “California Dreamin'” litter in 2022 and lastly, the “Out With A Bang” litter in 2023. Over these litters she had 29 puppies, and was an amazing mom to them all! She's had some of her puppies competing in dog sports and conformation, as well as some in training as potential service and therapy dogs. She has puppies living all over Ontario, with some in different parts of Canada!
Cali has 2 daughter I've kept: Vegas, who has joined the program and Jersey, who we are hopeful will join as well. She has created a legacy and passed on all of what makes her the best dog to her daughters and it's amazing to watch them grow.
While Cali is retired and now spayed, she will be going nowhere and will forever be the house grandma!

Parker - The SWEET wEIRDO
Parker was the second addition to Monarch Golden Retrievers so we could bring in some new blood. She is a fan favorite with everyone she meets, since she is a total sweetheart who loves to make people laugh.
Parker has contributed lots to Monarch over the years, having been an amazing whelper and mom to 3 large litters. The first was the “Tipsy” litter in 2023, the second was the “Chocolate” litter in 2024 and the last was the “Coffee Crew” litter in 2025. Over these 3 litters, she had 35 puppies and she loved them all. Her puppies have found homes all across Ontario, with some competing in sports and conformation, while some others are in training to be future service dogs and therapy dogs!
Parker has one daughter I've kept, Lennox, who will hopefully join the program one day to continue Parker's lines and pass along her sweet personality and weirdo ways.
Parker is now retired and will be spayed soon, and she will always have a permanent spot here on the couch. One day, I hope to get into therapy work with her, as I think this could be a true calling as she's made to spread love, but until then she'll continue to do her favorite things, including docking diving and scent detection!
